I remember when clinics were bombed and the climate was far more sane than it is now. All cautions are warranted.

States don’t have that power. Only the feds have that power. So as long as this remains a state by state issue

It’s true the govt tracks serial numbers on bills suspected on being used for drug deals (yes still including cannabis — it’s still federally illegal) and arms and human trafficking etc. any
