My wife ordered Vinod Platinum Triply stainless Kadai on 5 Nov 24 in India as prime member in India ( https://t.co/FUt3BJXCD0 order# 407-5213777-4154718) and she returned the defective item without lid on 12 Nov 24. With both of us back in USA, still no refund. Pl help
