My invoice shows a class mismatch:
• Vehicle Class Driven: Compact SUV
• Vehicle Class Charged: Compact Hybrid SUV

I was provided the non-hybrid vehicle but billed at the Hybrid SUV rate. Really disappointed with the service and customer service.
