I back the blue (law enforcement), the green (military)... The fourth one shows the red on white thin lines, which represents nurses, and while I definitely support nurses and doctors, those colors also represent the Lord Jesus Christ. The blood He shed for us and his purity.
@rycli04@imhaileyfoster Well you started your comment in a good way, but it turned out to be bad (blasphemy). It's one thing to disagree with a belief but to offend those who do believe is certainly not being "nice".
There was no "forcing" anything down throats. No one had to watch.
@leighschonborg@AmericanIdol Wow. Did you not hear the final song? It was not country. Basically, the finals came down to two Christian/gospel singers. And if you have a problem with that, well, take it up with God.
@annayrb20 Wow. It's one thing to say that you're disappointed that Jordan didn't win, but saying that someone winning is disappointing is a bad attitude. It's a sore loser, which Jordan was not.
To me, the final went exactly the way it should have.
@CoreyBBrooks Thanks for what you said on @FoxNews
...except for saying that Jesus was "born in a manger". He was born in a stable and LAID in a manger.
@Heather61118093@Just_Carrie_@RCamposDuffy We already established that they didn't have sex (when she was a minor)!
But are you including people who are married?
Your great-grandma was probably a minor when she married your great-grandpa.
Mary was about 15 when she gave birth to Jesus (& Joseph was probably in his 30s).
@Heather61118093@Just_Carrie_@RCamposDuffy (pt. 2) And so not "child molestation", especially since "molest" connotes non-consent. A child cannot consent but in the 1950s, the age of consent was a few years younger than now. And her parents gave their approval for them to date.
@Heather61118093@Just_Carrie_@RCamposDuffy 14 years old is somewhere in the middle of the "pubescent years", "the period when a young person reaches sexual maturity and is no longer a child."
