It is important to recognise that Pharita has consistently had her screen time reduced, preventing the general public (not just fans) from getting to know her personality. Many antis have taken advantage of this to spread baseless claims such as “not funny”, “not popular in Korea”, “not talented”, “not Korean”, and so on, to justify YG’s mistreatment of her. This is clearly a deliberate attempt to shape her public image, successfully planting in the audience’s mind a version of Pharita that is far removed from how members and fans who have interacted with her have described her on multiple occasions.
