@AmazonHelp Thank you but I didn’t realise that my husband was also on chat with Amazon so they are already trying to help. This delivery was needed before tomorrow so used Prime. Not Amazon fault, not seller’s fault and not our fault - but EVRI is absolutely useless

No Amazon delivery today as “business was closed”. We are a private house, were both at home with CCTV also showing they did not attempt. Frustrating for customers and looks bad on Amazon.
