@BootsHelp OMG, that branch has just outright lied to my dad! I've just spoken to him & he was able to get the order in the end but they told him "once the order is logged out of the warehouse, they are unable to log the items back in" UTTER LIES!!! I HATE THAT BRANCH!!!!
