musings about what I’m watching which could be anything and everything

[Musings @musinginmodern]

Ok so #WarHBO Episode 1 has enough intrigue to keep me watching. It didn’t blow me away but things are set up nicely. The idea of dualing side and the way they show that with the cinematography, plot lines, opening theme is cool. All is fair in love and war and this has both…

#WarHBO Series premiere thread…

Are they going to be one of those toxic couples that really deserve each other?

[Musings @musinginmodern]

WALKING?!?

[Musings @musinginmodern]

He hasn’t said a word yet I’m quite literally 10 seconds in but off face card Morgan reminds me of Cory from the morning show.

@hbomax has been on run lately (I.e Lanterns) so let’s see what #WarHBO is giving…

[Musings @musinginmodern]

Some of the best moments on #lanterns are John and Hal’s banter. Sometimes all you want to do is bicker and solve mysteries with your bros.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

When Hal and John start fighting it feels like watching your mom and dad fight.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

So far #Lanterns has been a good watch. Watching with very liminal background and I’m intrigued

Spiderman kissed MJ and she didn’t recognize him, dapped his homie up once and he instantly knew the OG

4DX is so so fun

[Musings @musinginmodern]

Random thought: with how many unused scenes in a movie wouldn’t it be kinda cool if movies for post credit scenes had different ones during its theatrical run.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

@wordsfell @MetaFeatsDC True but I guess it poses the question of unwelcome guests and you could kinda compare that to Odysseus unwelcome suitors at his house.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

@MetaFeatsDC Ouuu and it felt really poignant when one of the men is like he speaks should we reason with him? But at that point it was too late.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

@RockbottomRo Aura farmed his way through the whole movie.

[Musings @musinginmodern]

Something interesting in #TheOdyssey was the idea of Zeus’ Law when thinking about the Trojan horse. Killing someone in their home, from the inside though ingenious is interesting to think of how and if it violates that law.

@carolinerenard_ Farmed all the aura he could in life, died, and started aura farming in the afterlife, gotta respect it.
