I love this part so much!
Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves trying so hard to improve and better ourselves, but even recognition of what needs to be changed takes time, what more trying to change that.
And that change doesn’t happen in an instant, it takes time, series of mishaps, sometimes in a cycle of doing it over again, it takes emotional, physical and mental strength.
So while it’s a long process, celebrate the fact that you have already gained recognition.
This is also extra special to me because Angela was honest in saying this, sometimes it is easier to say that she is already better than who she was yesterday. But it takes another kind of strength to be honest that you are not yet there.
Proud of you forever, Gela!

Not many vocalists can admit when it’s time to stop. She can easily pre-record her vocals or rework her songs, but it won’t be the same. Going out on a high while she still can on her terms. Salamat Miss Regine for letting us experience your greatness for 40 years. A queen. 💗
I have so much admiration for artists who remain open to constructive criticism. After all, nobody is perfect, and making mistakes is an inevitable part of being human. However, not everyone has the humility and open-mindedness to acknowledge their shortcomings and accept that there is always something they can learn. For me kasi, an artist who welcomes constructive criticism is someone who understands that growth comes not only from recognizing their strengths but also from having the courage to confront their flaws, kasi para sa akin, true growth begins when you’re willing to listen, reflect, and acknowledge that you don’t always have to be right. It takes a certain level of maturity to accept criticism without immediately taking it as an attack on your character.
I admire artists who are willing to learn, unlearn, and grow, because it shows that they value personal growth more than protecting their pride. At the end of the day, being open to criticism doesn’t make you any less admirable, if anything, it makes you even more deserving of respect, there’s something genuinely admirable about people who remain humble enough to recognize that no matter how much they achieve, there will always be room for growth.

this is truly one of the reasons why she stands out the most for me. an artist who acknowledges that she's imperfect, that she'll stumble along the way, bound to create mistakes but never runs away from it, rather, she'll take it as a room for improvement, to be accountable. she knows she's a work in progress and though she admits that there are times that the external noises get to her head sometimes, it is never enough of a reason to stop chasing after her dreams, her aspirations. she turns criticisms - constructive or negative as a platform to improve herself. very evident 'yan with how much she has grown from sdp to dap. the growth and progress is impeccable and even the viewers can vouch to that. angela has so much faith in herself and in her dreams that regardless of the hardships she faced and has to face, she'll remain steady and unwavered. i can go on a long list why it's so easy to love and support you, gela. so as long as you're in it for the long run, i'm always here to stay, for you, with you and only you. 💕
Hindi napigilang maging emosyunal ng King of Talk na si Boy Abunda nang ibahagi ang panayam niya kay Bimby Aquino patungkol sa kuya nito na si Josh.
BIMBY: "I will only marry a girl who can accept Kuya, because I know one day when Mama is gone, I will take care of him." 🥹
“Rather than relying solely on her own emotions, she learned to consider the character’s emotions and motivations and use them to bring the role to life.”

And your intentions translate onscreen, dear. We see how intentional you are with Alys, and cannot wait for you to try out other roles out there, and we will be here watching and celebrating.
sobrang saturated na ng showbiz, many pretty faces, mga charming, magaganda at pogi and personally, i start caring less about these things bc aside from being visually pleasing, what else can you offer? hahahaahahha with gela, she's a total package. maganda, MATALINO, eloquent, socially and politically aware, plus factor pa na she speaks up her mind and doesnt hide away from issues that involve her, calls out fans when needed. i'd rather stan an artist who is never afraid to speak up their thoughts especially when they get involved in issues, nangkacall-out ng toxic fans. a breath of fresh air.
@ashdrestillend Do not normalize na angkinin ang post na HINDI naman para sa’yo. The world doesn’t revolve around you, bestie. This is a GENERIC POST. Lahat na lang inangkin, lahat na lang tinamaan. 😂😜
Normalize being genuinely happy for other people’s wins. Hindi lahat kailangan kompetisyon.
Learn to celebrate other people, too! Their blessings aren’t your loss, and their success doesn’t make you any less successful. 😉💯
🚨 JUST IN: Angat Buhay together with Waves for Water provided baldes and rainwater catchment tanks to far-flung barangays and isolated islands.
This is to provide the communities with reliable access to clean water dahil usually nawawalan sila ng drinking water or they have to go to the next barangay outside of their island to get it.
Grabe nakakaiyak ng slight yung video ng Angat Buhay sa page nila.
Congrats Angat Buhay! 💖
P.S. Look at the very first picture closely! 👀👀
