🇺🇬 DEALERS CLAIM UGANDA WENT THREE MONTHS WITHOUT NUMBER PLATES

Motor vehicle dealers told the committee that number plates were unavailable during May, June and July.

A representative said URA figures he had reviewed showed about 5,000 vehicles and 15,000 motorcycles are registered every month, and questioned the revenue implications of the disruption.
