Clinical trial participants have used Neuralink implants for over 50,000 hours, enabling pretraining of a foundation model for BCI with self-supervised neural encoders. Neural roadmap.

Our clinical trial participants have now used their Neuralink implants for over 50,000 hours, building one of the largest datasets of intracortical neural activity ever.
We used it to pretrain a foundation model for BCI: self-supervised neural encoders that turn noisy, drifting spikes into stable representations.
Some initial results:
• Decoders that keep working for weeks instead of days. For some users, calibration dropped from 10 min/day to 10 min/week
• Teleporting cursors that jump straight to the intended target
• A new cursor-control record of 11.32 bits per second (exceeding the performance of most able-bodied people)
We’re just getting started. Future directions include pooling data across participants, one-shot (or zero-shot) calibration, and an API for the motor cortex.

Tesla held a Cybercab keynote and never streamed it. No public feed, no official footage — the visual record is attendee video like this. The company announcement was a website update: Cybercab now carries public riders in limited parts of Austin. Robotics roadmap.
Cybercab is carrying paying passengers in Austin on a Level 4 claim Tesla made about itself. Texas SB 2807 requires an authorisation and $5M cover, but TxDMV does not test the vehicle. No steering wheel, no pedals, no override on board. Robotics roadmap.

SpaceX is establishing a new foundry to cast turbine blades, addressing the primary bottleneck in power generation for AI data centers and potentially shortening delays by 18 months. Launch roadmap.
Tesla is retooling its Fremont factory lines, previously used for luxury vehicles, to assemble humanoid robots instead. This marks a major manufacturing pivot toward robotics and everyday AI helpers. Energy roadmap.
Starbase Louisiana: clean-sheet Starship port at Pecan Island, Vermilion Parish (~125k acres, up to 10 pads, propellant and power on site). Construction from 2027; first launch no earlier than 2029. Vehicles stay in Texas and Florida. Launch roadmap.
Clark County just entitled Vegas Loop for 123 stations — 19 more approved. Point-to-point, no intermediate stops: the map densifies, it does not become a metro line. Infra roadmap.
