🚨Breaking 🇧🇫- Burkina Faso Criminalizes Homosexuality.

At Wednesday’s ministerial session, the government adopted a decree to criminalize homosexuality. In fact, the practice is forbidden 🚫 in our country. Here’s what the minister of justice Mr Edasso Rodrigue Bayala announced:

“From now on, homosexuality and similar practices are prohibited and punishable by law.”

Well, I guess the so called human rights violations activists, organizations and all the western countries that condone this practice will start all their noises on my country.

Remember how they attacked Uganda after @KagutaMuseveni signed the criminalization of homosexuality? But who cares? Do we really care what they think or say about us?

Sometimes, I ask myself why doesn’t the west go to the Arab nations and demand them to legalize homosexuality, but it is in Africa that they come to flex their muscles and even dare to impose sanctions on us if we don’t do what they want?

Africans need to respect themselves and impose respect. These people have to understand that their liberty stops where ours begins. In other words, they shouldn’t try to impose on us their debase morals with which we don’t associate with. If they want to practice it where they are fine, but trying to impose it on us, we say no. This is where we draw the line.

I leave you with these words of the late President Robert Mugabe at the UNGA in 2015:

“We equally reject attempts to prescribe new rights that are contrary to our values, norms, traditions and beliefs. We are not gays.”

@MKULTRAMISH I will never understand using pure metrics to judge a band. I remeber some of the bands I went to go watch at underground gigs that where fucking brilliant but because the scene in south africa isn't so big and streaming services weren't around they never got fame.
