This school doesn’t even look like the kind of primary schools we’re used to seeing in Nigeria. These are standards we barely see here, yet he brought it home and funded everything entirely from his own pocket.

I remember him showing me the progress videos on his phone and I was genuinely amazed, but I still didn’t expect it to turn out this beautiful. Then again, knowing Dan Bello, I knew anything he puts his hands into would definitely be exceptional.

Daura/Sandamu/Mai’adua Federal Constituency APC Primary Election

Following the failure to reach a consensus in the Daura/Sandamu/Mai’adua Federal Constituency, the APC resolved to direct primary election between Yusuf Muhammadu Buhari (Former President’s Son) and Auwal Lawal Musa Daura (former DSS GG’s son) through a direct voting process, where party members across the constituency came out to cast their votes for the aspirants.

The election lasted for several hours before the final results were announced as follows:

Daura Local Government
-Yusuf Buhari – 6,386 votes
-Auwal Musa Daura – 322 votes

Sandamu Local Government
-Yusuf Buhari – 5,849 votes
-Auwal Musa Daura – 21 votes

Mai’adua Local Government
-Yusuf Buhari – 5,102 votes
-Auwal Musa Daura – 137 votes

Total Votes
-Yusuf Buhari – 17,342 votes
-Auwal Musa Daura – 480 votes

At the end of the exercise, the returning officer declared Yusuf Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the APC primary election and the party’s candidate for the Daura/Sandamu/Mai’adua Federal Constituency in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
