She practices with Ahmed Raji SAN & Co., where she advises and represents clients on regulatory, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. She is also the Founder of Hakatun Energies & Consultancy, a multidisciplinary consultancy providing legal advisory, policy research, regulatory compliance, environmental and social safeguarding, and capacity-building services across the energy and natural resources sectors. Haleemah holds an LL.M. in Energy and Natural Resources Law and Policy, where her research focused on community rights and stakeholder engagement in the mining sector.
