@TVSCredit @TVS @RBI @FinMinIndia @TVSCredit i don't know why again and again i am getting calls from customer care telling you have not paid the EMI and when i have paid the EMI told the agent to transfer the call to manger straight away she disconnected the call i am receiving this calls like daily @RBI

My first EMI is scheduled for 3rd January 2026. As of now, the EMI amount has NOT been deducted from my account, yet I am being asked to pay a penalty along with additional charges. it will affect my credit score hence i have made payment through phone pe @TVSCredit slow response
