@audibleuk, something is wrong since the latest update to your app on the iPhone App Store. I get about a minute of playback before it stops. It’s constant and annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried restarting my phone and also putting my phone on do not disturb 😢
@TheHappyBrit @QcWynter When I worked in a Crown Court, you only said your Honour while in the court. If you saw the judge not in court, it was judge. When you became friends (only happened a couple of times), it was first name. Most judges I have worked with are lovely.
@virginmedia He’s has done this repeatedly for the past 24 hours. It takes 30 mins for the router to even be visible as a network and when it is visible it says there’s no internet available. He’s tried connecting using multiple devices and there’s no internet available on any of them.
@virginmedia I am working abroad and my Internet at home has stopped working. My husband has tried resetting the router. He left it unplugged last night, turned it on and it’s still not working. Can anyone please help me? I don’t want to make an expensive call from the Caribbean.
@British_Airways This process needs to be more user-friendly. Spent 1 hour on the app itemising all my expenses. Had just uploaded my receipt. While checking that my receipt had uploaded I got thrown off the page I was on. Back at the beginning of the claim process. Feel like smashing my phone.
@British_Airways, my bag didn’t make it on to my connecting flight to the Caribbean and I was without it for two days and had to buy toiletries. How do I claim that money back? Thanks
@British_Airways, I had to make a day trip JER-LHR. It wasn’t a flexible ticket. I was able to change my flight to an earlier one at check-in at Heathrow. Fee was about the same as a new ticket. I only got credit for the original ticket spend for tier points; is that correct?
@British_Airways My point is that she could only ask for the email address that made the booking or how it was made and nothing else. I work in the legal field so I’m sure I have a better understanding of GDPR than most. Apparently my passport number or any other information isn’t good enough!
@British_Airways, rang customer services to try to get an earlier flight home (at my expense). I didn’t book my flight as work through an agency. As I don’t know the email address used when making the booking or how what platform, I can’t pass verification checks. Typical BA IT!
@David__Osland Look up the Crown Estate. It makes a massive profit each year. Those assets originally belonged to the Crown. The government gives back 10% of its profits each year in the form of the Sovereign Grant. The government keeps the remaining 90%. It’s not taxpayers’ money.

@marksandspencer, what’s going on with short-fitting jeans? Popped into my local store to replace my nearly worn out jeans. Every short-fitting pair in an 18 was far too long. Measured against regular, they’re only an inch shorter. Left empty-handed. 😔
@VirginAtlantic, at least once a year my husband and I fly with you to Orlando. Every time, without fail, he gets an email asking for his feedback on the flight and I don’t, despite the fact that it’s me who books and pays for the flights. Sexist much?!
@Marriott, I’m working overseas and staying at a Marriott. My employer has made the booking directly with the hotel. When I go to add my booking in the app, it says reservation can’t be found. Can anyone help me with this? Many thanks.
@EndWokeness In the UK if the driver drives off having allowed a passenger to not pay and revenue enforcement get on the bus, they can be sacked. In the UK, faced with a non-paying passenger, they are trained to turn off the engine and refuse to move. One of three things happen: 1/2
