@bookingcom Not just about one bad stay. It’s about @bookingcom allowing unsafe, dirty properties to stay live on their site, ignoring repeated complaints, and then hiding behind “policies” when customers lose out. Trust in a platform comes from accountability and right now there is none.

@bookingcom now telling me the property’s email is “valid” — even though the address given is a scrambled string that bounced.
Add to that a long list of negative reviews about cleanliness (which they keep ignoring), it’s clear the property should never been listed. #BookingFail

Already done. Same script, same refusal, zero accountability. Public replies that go nowhere don’t solve the problem — refunding customers for uninhabitable properties does. #BookingFail

After more back-and-forth, @bookingcom are still passing the buck — telling me to “contact the property directly” for a refund.
