@transport_wales are backsliding to the bad old days of Arriva. Cancelled the 15.59 to Barry as it pulled into central station and didn't bother to put out any announcement about it. Instead left a lot of angry customers wondering how they are getting home.

@tfwrail Live updates said there was no delays until 2 mins before the train was due, so was useless. Why not just communicate with your customers whilst they wait for their train.

@tfwrail why are holding trains on platform 8. Radyr train been sat here for 6 mins, delaying the next train. As usual no announcements as to what's going on.

@tfwrail But 10 of them blocking the exit is not only over kill its a waste of resources. We had to weave around them to get out. Imagine you're someone who suffers from anxiety or had a child who is neurodiverse!! They would have found thus very intimidating!

@tfwrail That's fine but peehaps communication with your customers wouod help. Also can you explain why when I eventually got off at Caddie, there we're 10 tfw staff and security blocking the exit checking tickets. Overkill and surely intimidating some.
