Hon. @yves_Iradukunda , Minister of State, and RISA’s CEO @TonySebera shared Rwanda’s vision for digital transformation and ongoing collaboration with Oracle.
The discussion also announced a Rwanda–Oracle partnership on Data Intelligence for Agriculture, a platform that uses datasets from satellites to soil to forecast yields, detect risks, and enable timely decisions for resilient food systems.

This afternoon at #GAISAfrica2025, Hon. Minister @MusoniPaula attended a side event on "Reimagining Governance with AI" organised by @InstituteGC.
In her remarks, Minister Ingabire noted the potential of AI to fast-track socioeconomic development, highlighting use cases in government service delivery, taxation systems, and healthcare.
She emphasised the need for strong collaboration among government, private sector, and development actors for AI's potential to bear fruit, noting @RwandaICT's partnership with @InstituteGC to bring Rwandan schools and health centres online via @Starlink.
The Minister also called for a strategic approach to AI development by leveraging Africa's strengths while creating mechanisms to mitigate weaknesses and potential threats.

Honoured to welcome H.E Sir Tony Blair, heading a delegation of @InstituteGC senior leadership in Africa, who were in Kigali to meet with the Government of Rwanda Steering Committee.
The meeting discussed the partnership between the Tony Blair Institute and the Government of Rwanda, and explored collaborations on technology to accelerate development.
