@DreameTech X50 Ultra Complete broke down after just 2 days. More than 2 weeks waiting for a replacement despite daily follow-ups, and I’m still being told my case is “priority”. No concrete solution so far. For a CHF 629 device, this after-sales service is unacceptable.
