@ZooopLooops@SwindlersGrift@PlayStationPark Im not talking just about the combat. The way you go about things, exploring, interacting, the expanded town etc. For me just made the experience different in a good way, and still letting the OG be the game it is.
@ZooopLooops@SwindlersGrift@PlayStationPark Unless you just watched someone else playing IDK how you can just take the good without the bad and make it seem like the OG is a masterpiece. (Is still one of my favourite games but is not perfect at all, the remake get so many things right about SH2)
@ZooopLooops@SwindlersGrift@PlayStationPark The way the og makes you go through it, granted the limitations of those years, which is why what they achieved is held in high regars still to this day, is much more of a chore and a struggle with really weak game design.
@ZooopLooops@SwindlersGrift@PlayStationPark All the good things you listed come after dealing with the issues of limited game design, awful combat, gimmick bosses and reused enemiea even bosses for the final levels.
@ZooopLooops@SwindlersGrift@PlayStationPark No way you really think this if youve beaten the OG on hard or had more than 1 playthrough. I swear all this "casual and normies" signalin just dont hit if you really played the OG with all the broken gimmick bosses. Like what do you mean ruined?
@ganglindividual The games exist why do "re fans" want to see the same stories being told in a movie. I just go and play the games. Retelling the same Its pointless adds nothing more than fan service to the worst kind. I would like the other way around, let me play the story of the movie
@ShitpostRock The logic of numbers (considering it sells dirt cheap on steam sales) when it felt like buying a scam. Congrats on capcom selling "survival horror" after that blunder. They had to adjust back to horror right after that
