@truckdriverpleb Why do people not know how to use Google. This was a city decision and was funded by donations. The federal government had no input into this and definitely not JT.
@peteypopetey@AndrewW43599783@CanadianPolling Yes, the extra money was advertised to help with the inflationary costs of food. They are not food stamps since that is a provincial responsibility and pedantic Liberal supporters can distinguish between federal and provincial responsibilities.
@JustinTrudeau There is no pleasing some people in this thread. Complain that Liberals are not doing anything about housing, then they do something about housing and still complain. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
@TerrySGriffin60@RebelNewsOnline You can easily put in Canadian news in google and everything will be there. It only affects Facebook and Instagram, two places you should not get your news information.
@WeAreCanProud You can just google news in Canada and it will all come up. The news is only blocked on Facebook and Instagram. So many other sources of information out there. Just google it.
@JenkinsLorilei@EddieSheerr@FureyAndrew@JustinTrudeau They only regulate it based on market conditions and so the price does not fluctuate daily. They only set the maximum allowed price so retailers can’t charge more than what is posted. The can always sell for less to help out but big oil will not do that.
@JenkinsLorilei@EddieSheerr@FureyAndrew@JustinTrudeau The carbon tax was added July 1, gas was 166.3, now gas is 192.3 with no new taxes added. The oil companies are responsible for increasing the price. Not government. You are barking up the wrong tree.
@VOCMNEWS I don’t understand. There were no new taxes added overnight, but the increases are due to the government adding taxes. 🤔 This must be the common sense people keep talking about.
@StJohnsTelegram Why is there not a push for more apartment buildings? Wouldn’t subsidies be well spent to help develop apartment complexes? We continue to try to increase housing starts but not much talk around apartments.
@PierrePoilievre You just proved it is not PMJT fault for inflation. Interest rates are BoC responsibility and higher energy costs are corporate greed.
@MelissaMbarki@s_guilbeault Not everyone gets back every penny. Heavy gas users will not get back what they paid, and light gas users will get back more. Rewarding the light users and charging the heavy users, hopefully encouraging them to cut back.
@cellocapital @veteransinsight @AngusReid Their business model is based on fixed rental payments, maybe not choose a variable mortgage. And if they are to pass along the increased in cost of borrowing, can’t wait to see them pass on the savings when rates go down.
