@duolingo why do you never reply to emails? Sent multiple emails trying to unlock my child's account so rest of family can see his progress and getting nowhere. Have emailed twice and haven't had a reply. Don't really want to explain to him he has to start again and lose his XP
@duolingo Hi, 8628959 is the one I can find. I set up an account for two kids the same way and one is locked so can't join in the family league. He can see theirs but cannot interact and they see him as a "Private Member"

@VeryHelpers hi, I've been speaking to your advisor on DM but clearly getting incorrect info. Bought a PS5 off you last week which is literally broken out of the box. Been told I need to contact Sony to get a repair but I want a full refund. 1/2
@LFCHelp I got my son's new home kit and unhappy with the size. I ordered XS kids as last year's got XL infants and both are same size. The size guide doesn't show the XS size but obviously it should be bigger given price rise! I've paid ยฃ100 for name on it & can't get a refund!
@OfficialFV I sent 2 messages but found out in the meantime that I've been lied to by my local store so speaking to them tomorrow. Been told bed is in distribution centre but isn't. I've only been waiting 24 weeks! Currently advertised as 6 week delivery, bunch of crooks!
@OfficialFV after waiting 23 weeks (!!) I'm now told the bed we ordered is in the distribution centre. Now been waiting all week for them to call.
Don't know if I regret ordering after reading some of the comments to you about missing parts and damaged items.
