Nearly a decade+ of brutal medical training to become a SUPER-SPECIALIST SURGEON who operates on hearts and major blood vessels.

And the Himachal Pradesh Government offers him ₹34,000/month on a stop-gap arrangement?

We scream about shortage of specialists, but when we finally have them, this is how we value them.

This isn’t just underpayment.
This is an insult to medical education, skill and sacrifice.

A country that cannot respect its super-specialists shouldn’t complain when its best doctors leave.
