I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot.
I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.
I'm okay with the idea that Tyler killed CK, but the kill shot absolutely did not involve a Remington Core-Lokt 150-grain bullet fired at a 10-degree downslope and 10-degree side axis from that perch on the Losee bldg.
That's a through and through every single time.
So, the problem is that the official narrative has welded itself to a shooting location that requires us to once again believe in a magic bullet.
If anybody can show how 6" of soft tissue can stop a bullet with 2,200 ftlbs of energy that is designed for maximum penetration, which in ballistic gel is 18" - 22" (3x+ the diameter of a human neck), then please do it. We tried, and failed.
55 times.
Even when we stacked the deck and shot through solid bone and tissue, sometimes using cuts that were 2x the diameter of CK's neck.
First inconsistency in the facts. Screenshots of Tyler's texts finally released. Question: how can he be talking about the conditions around his rifle in Orem, UT at 11pm when he was physically seen in a steakhouse in Panguitch, UT 3hrs away?!
@SharpshortsII@DataRepublican ??? "observe, form hypothesis, conduct experiment, analyze results...." that isnt 'antithetical.' It is literally the definition!
@beth7555@JakeTurx@cenkuygur Well that was my question. If you cant answer it, then I'll help... 0 times. If you are discussing the Oslo Accords, BOTH sides accepted peace, as well as other times. UN is a framework for such issues. Palestine was willing to work thru that framework. Israel, NO.
@beth7555@JakeTurx@cenkuygur This avoids the question. I will ask again: When the 2-state solution has been proposed and voted on in the UN, how many times did Israel vote for peace?! Pick any pre-Oct7 UN vote you'd like! How many times did Israel vote for peace?
@nicksortor@FuryAF1 You realize that on an Apple, you can send texts from any device, right?! It doesnt have to be your phone. You just have to be logged into a device with that phone number..... not saying he didnt do it, but not proof that he did either....
@adbr_1@canncon@KanekoaTheGreat@sarahadams AR, Per your link, the bullet stopped because it hit THREE bones, both the jaw AND spine didnt stop the bullet! This is not the claim with Charlie. It is that the spine ALONE stopped the bullet. So your link supports the argument, it doesnt debunk it.
@JimHansonDC@ChristoD_Synan@chrismartenson Ballistics tests determine what is likely and unlikely. If you agree that it is 'unlikely', then it's not Occam's Razor because that is no longer the simplest answer. As you said, "You don't choose the one anomaly as the first principle."
@DataRepublican Really seems like it's all about Candace. If it comes out of her mouth, it must be wrong... yet... we got the same questions almost immediately from others (9mo ago). Why havent you attacked Rob O'Niell?
https://t.co/y7mL3W0me3
@DataRepublican There may or may not have been foreign involvement. Is the mere suggestion a 'conspiracy theory' to you? Why no psychoanalysis on Mr. Kent? https://t.co/hPdUk3I2Lk
I dont see any of these people claiming their theories as "fact." Yet the mere suggestion of an alternative is seen as "crazy town." We used to have a rational debate on issues. Now its not 'this is wrong because, but "shut up and believe me because I said so,"...
I also challenged @JimHansonDC with this yesterday. Crickets so far.

Then please take me through your logic, step by step. It's irrelevant to say that "sometimes bullets do weird things" because those weird things happen at the terminal phase of their travel when their energy has been mostly expended, or they have encountered a sufficiently hard resistive force, such as a bone.
As a long-distance shooter, I can tell you that bullets do completely predictable things while in flight if you've done your work properly.
And we know that the bullet struck CK in the front left neck, approximately halfway between the centerline and outside of his neck.
So, let's break this down logically. What do you suppose happens in the first inch of penetration (knowing that 150 gr core-lokt round is 1.25" long)?
I submit that in the first inch, the bullet is still exactly on its prior trajectory, perhaps with the beginnings of yaw introduced. *perhaps* But that's not very likely.
Okay, how about the second inch? There's still no possibility of hitting bone at this point, obviously. Given that, the bullet is still on its prior trajectory, is my assumption.
Mainly because turning a bullet with 2,200 ftlbs off of its path within an inch, or even three, requires an offsetting force. If we say the bullet needed to deflect 20 degrees to strike his spine, then the offsetting force has to be ~ 10,000 ftlbs.
How about the third inch? I still submit that without any bones in the way, that bullet is on a dead straight path (see military wound tracks below for illustration).
Somehow, your solution has to account for the bullet deflecting 20 to 30 degrees downward to dump its energy into CK's body so it can be retained there.
What are you invoking to account for that violent tumbling down into the body? What provides the resistive force to turn 2,200 ftlbs onto a brand new path?
I account for it by placing the kill shot over on the Sorensen building, where the trajectory and physics all line up to create the cavitation, spine interception, and eventual bullet retention.
But, again, please just step-by-step explain your reasoning? You're starting at the end instead of at the beginning.
@JakeTurx@cenkuygur There is a lot of rhetoric on both sides. So why not stick with facts. When the 2-state solution has been proposed and voted on in the UN, how many times did Israel vote for peace?!
@RorateCaeli Please explain how the request for a bishop is a "schismatic act"? Please, how is submitting to an authority reinterpreted as being against that authority?!
A 13-year-old girl stood up for preborn babies. Her school tried to silence her.
After being assigned to write a slam poem about an issue she cared about, she chose abortion because her own family's story began with an unexpected pregnancy and a courageous choice for Life.
Instead of being allowed to share her poem, she was told she couldn't present it because it was pro-life.
Thanks to @libsoftiktok for helping expose this story.
We gave her the platform her school refused to. Now it's time for the world to hear her powerful message.
Together, we can build a world where abortion is unthinkable.
