H.E Prez Zuma will be making his 1st public appearance virtually after 12 days of his detention-without-trial, for the postponement application of his trial.

We trust that in the public interest, the national broadcaster, the SABC, will beam this hearing live

The intention of approaching the High Court in PMB on urgent basis was to prevent the incarceration of Prez Zuma even for 1 day.

As we speak President Zuma has already spent two nights in Jail without a trial.
So the High Court ruling today was purely academic.

The Foundation has noted the reactive righteous anger of the people of the RSA, which others have characterised as violence.

When approached, the people are saying they reacting to the violent provocation meted to them as manifested by incarcerating President Zuma without trial.
