What a horrible experience with @AmericanAir First they canceled our return flight for the holidays which forced us to downgrade _and_ pay more and change our dates. And now we’ve been blocked at check in for an hour because they also messed up the outbound flight!🤬

3 months ago I booked family tickets with @AmericanAir for tropical Xmas vacation. Last week they canceled our return flight and now it will cost us $1000 more to fly in a lower class, and take 24hrs to come back (instead of half of that). And now other alternatives are gone 🤬

I had an issue with both a @Hertz rental car and a @EuropcarFR rental car. Hertz customer support answered my call in less than 1 min. I gave up on Europecar after about 10 min waiting on the line. CS experience has a direct impact on brand perception. I feel Europcar let me down
