I have a specific workout plan that I follow every week.
I bike to all of my clients and also choose the stairs > escalators whenever it makes sense.

No more feeling winded taking stairs/biking 🙌.
3) Sleeping at the same time every night.
I used to have insomnia. Some nights I'd get 2-3 hours of "sleep" (rolling around in bed half awake).
The Fix - sit in a dimly lit room 1 hour before bed & read until 11:30pm.
I'm now always tired by 11:30 and wakeup feeling rested.
