@LAFitness I have read the terms and conditions and it’s not listed. I believe that the LA Fitness staff made an assumption that my son…being young and black….was not going to sign up for a membership and did not want him seen using the facility.

@LAFitness she is the Operations Manager and she has advised this is a policy. I signed up for a guest pass after speaking with her and when I received it, it does not state anywhere on it that you cannot use the entire facility including the basketball court on a free 3 day guest pass.

@LAFitness My son was given a complimentary guest pass to use at the L.A. Fitness located in Snellville, GA. When he went in to work out and play basketball he was told by front desk staff that he was not allowed to play basketball on the free pass. I have since spoken with Sade who
