The sound of this drone can be heard in the video. It reduced the engine speed before the strike, which is typical for the Shahed-136 at the moment of hitting the target.

At the time of the attack, there was no air defense work in progress, which means that the drone actually hit the territory of Romania as it was programmed to do by the russians.
