登壇者

👤利重孝夫氏

⚽出島フットボール共同出資者・CEO
高校時代は読売クラブ（現東京ヴェルディ）育成組織でプレー。東京大学卒業後、日本興業銀行（現みずほ銀行）、コロンビア経営大学院（MBA）を経て楽天に加わり、ヴェルディ・メインスポンサー、FCバルセロナとの提携案件を主導するなど、同社がスポーツビジネスに参入する契機を作る。ヴィッセル神戸取締役を務めた後、2014年からはシティ・フットボール・グループ日本法人代表として、日本のプロスポーツクラブ初の海外資本参画の橋渡しを行い、2019年、2022年と横浜F・マリノスのJ1優勝に寄与。2024年、オランダ法人出島フットボール設立。サッカーメディアfootballistaを発行するソル・メディア代表取締役、東京大学ア式蹴球部総監督、FC今治エグゼクティブアドバイザーなども務める。

⚽ビジャレアルC.F. フットボールマネージメント部 / 元Jリーグ常勤理事
1973年イラン・テヘラン生まれ。小学校時代を福岡県で過ごし、父親の転勤に伴い台湾、スペインと住まいを転々とする。スペインサッカー協会公認NIVEL I、NIVEL IIを相次いで取得 し、指導者としてキャリアをスタート。2003年にはスペイン男子3部リーグで女性初の監督に就任し、その後アトレティコ・マドリード、バレンシア、ビジャレアルC.F.で要職を歴任。2020～2022年はJリーグ常勤理事を務め、現在はJOCや企業の役職を兼任しながら、国内外のスポーツ振興やスポーツハラスメント防止に取り組んでいる。

👤竹田英司氏

⚽Jリーグパートナーシップ企画部長
和歌山県生まれ。中央大学卒業後、ロンドンに渡る。ロンドン大学大学院卒業後、 新卒でジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソンに入社。その後、コンサルティングファームのアクセンチュアへ転職 。後にスポーツテック領域の海外スタートアップ企業「BEPRO」の日本法人を立ち上げ、カントリーマネージャーとして、会社設立から事業拡大までを牽引した。 2024年よりJリーグに入局し、パートナー（BtoB）向けプロダクト・サービスマネジメントの責任者を務め、パートナーの事業発展に貢献するパートナーシップモデルの構築を推進している。

8月15日・16日開催の『MVV Maastricht Cup』には、日本全国の高校やユースから選抜されたU17日本チーム「Japan Evolving NextGen」に加え、スペイン、オランダ、ベルギーの欧州プロリーグを闘う強豪7クラブのU18ユースチームが参加いたします。

スペイン1部に所属し、人口5万人ほどの小さな街のクラブながら、国内やヨーロッパの舞台で好成績を残しています。世界有数の育成システムを誇る下部組織からは、一貫した哲学と高い技術力を身につけた多くの選手が輩出され、トップチームやスペイン代表で活躍してきました。
大会前日の8月14日に開催される「出島フットボールカンファレンス2026」には、同クラブのフットボールマネージメント部でご活躍されている佐伯夕利子氏にご登壇いただきます。

🌐From the "Deshima" in the Netherlands to the World
The upper section is based on an inverted shape of Deshima. It reflects our vision of establishing a new "Deshima" on the Dutch side as a base for young Japanese talents to advance into the global stage.

⚔️The "Spear" to Carve Out the Future
Instead of a traditional "shield," the design draws inspiration from a "spear"—signifying the young generation carving out new possibilities with their own hands.

🪽"Wings" to Spread to the World
The red Deshima—inspired by the Japanese flag—is split open by the spear, transforming into a pair of dynamic wings that symbolize the players spreading their wings to the world.

🇯🇵With Japanese Pride
Anchoring the center of the emblem are the initials of "Japan Evolving NextGen," representing the pride of playing as the Japanese team.

上部は「出島」を反転させた形状。オランダの地に新たな出島を作り、ここを拠点に世界へ進出していくというビジョンを表す。

⚔️未来を切り開く「矛（ほこ）」
伝統を守る「盾」ではなく、あえて「矛」。自らの力で新しい可能性を切り開いていく強い意志を示しています。

🪽「翼」となって世界へ
日本国旗をイメージした赤い出島が矛によって切り開かれ、「翼」となって世界へ羽を広げていく躍動的なデザインです。

Stadion De Geusselt, the venue for the second day of the MVV Maastricht Cup, is located in Maastricht, a city in the southern Netherlands. Since opening in 1961, the stadium has served as a central hub for sports activities in the region. It has a capacity of approximately 10,000 spectators and features an artificial-turf pitch.

The stadium is well known as the home ground of MVV Maastricht, the local professional football club, and hosts a variety of matches and events, including league fixtures and other competitions. 【DAY 1｜PLACE】

The first day of the MVV Maastricht Cup will take place at ‘Maastricht West’, a multi-purpose sports complex. Conveniently located near a highway exit, the venue is easily accessible - just a 10-minute drive from Maastricht city center and a 20 minutes drive from Maastricht Central Station.

The facility offers locker rooms, food and beverage areas, two artificial turf pitches, four natural grass pitches, and one baseball ground. Adjacent to the complex is a municipal sports center equipped with a swimming pool, gym, and indoor sports hall, making it an important hub for local sporting activities.

Currently utilized as the MVV Maastricht youth training facility, it is shared with a local amateur club. Providing an excellent environment where young talents develop their skills every day and supporting grassroots sports, Maastricht West serves as the perfect stage to kick off the MVV Maastricht Cup.

MVVマーストリヒトカップ1日目の会場となる「マーストリヒト・ウェスト」。オランダ南部の都市マーストリヒトに位置する総合スポーツ施設で、高速道路の出入口から近く、マーストリヒト中心部から車で約10分、マーストリヒト駅から車で約20分とアクセスに優れた立地にあります。

施設内にはサッカーグラウンドのほか、ロッカールームや飲食スペースが整備されており、隣接する市営スポーツ施設にはプールやジム、体育館も併設されています。充実した設備を備え、地域のスポーツ活動を支える拠点として活用されています。

また、MVVマーストリヒトの育成組織や地元クラブの選手たちが日常的にトレーニングを行う環境としても知られており、多くの若い選手たちの成長を支えています。

30分/試合（全32試合を予定）
📅DAY1：予選ラウンド

参加チームをグループA・Bの2つに分け、総当たり戦を実施。
⚠️予選ラウンドでは延長・PKなし
📅DAY2：決勝＆順位決定トーナメント

各グループの上位2チーム、および下位2チームに別れ、ノックアウト形式でトーナメントを実施。
⚠️引き分けの場合、延長戦は行わずPKで勝敗を決定
