@Boltapp_ke KMEX 903J (Emmanuel) worst experience with this rider. This guy starts trip before getting to pickup, I ask him why he did so. He convinces me the rate still remains the same. Upon reaching destination, he forcefully demands pay (way above what was quoted). Scam
