a new record for me. over 2h15 minutes for customer service rep. spoke with one after 1h20min wait time, told me promotional codes needed to be applied to my account, transfered me to wrong person, who in turn told me he'd transfer to correct dept... still waiting now
@RogersHelps thats kind of you thank you. late April 2026, 3 months ago, a door to door salesman offered ultimate 1G internet service for 90$. first bill was correct, second and third bill are now up to 125$ per month.

@PierrePoilievre mr. poilievre, you should consider reading through the comments, or get a staffer to do it, regardless, the common thread here is, people dont like you, we never see you working with others towards a common goal, only constant criticism.
