@SlaterNFL I made the move in 2017 and haven't looked back - 1.5 million miles on AA and just hit 1 million on delta and it's been the best-might be tougher out of DFW but it's a much better airline

@British_Airways I and my travel agent have been on with your "customer service" non stop since 9 am and gotten nowhere.
Fortunately I have an audience of 50k people per night and they will get to hear my sound check test completing putting BA on blast - you no longer value your customers

@SouthwestAir weather in vegas sucked but major props to the flight team on flight 2076 - handled it like pros - gate agent needs some training

@AmericanAir the customer was told that even though she had a business seat, the seat was broken and they only had middle seats in the back of the plane - what has happened to the once great airline?

I just observed the most awful customer service by @AmericanAir - a customer purchased a business class seat and was told they would be downgraded to the back of the plane due to mechanical issue and getting a refund as not their problem - is this customer service today?
