@benshapiro She answered every question. Trump deflects and keeps going back to immigration. Are we watching the same debate? 🤔

Almost all students have a handheld device that lets them communicate with anyone with ease, play unlimited games, and have access to any app at any times. And we wonder why kids are disengaged in school and reading and math scores are regressing. #hardtruth #SorryNotSorry #EDU

3 dead, 8 injured in a Shooting at Michigan high school. And we’ll replay the loop—first: school shooting; second: “our hearts go out to the families;” and 3: nothing changes. Then replay #1-3. And again. And again.

They are all about the students.

They always bring positive energy into the classroom.

They are relentless about getting better."

It’s sad when the suggested hashtags that appear first when I type “school” are “school fights” and school strike”. We need to change the narrative. #nbct #PositiveVibes #edutwitter #education #k12 #highschool #learnlap #teachertwitter #teachbetter

So many teachers message me sharing how they are struggling and breaking down, then I look at their social media and they are happy, positive and optimistic.

Then I looked at my social media and realized I often do the same thing. We have to be more vulnerable publicly.
