I'm not surprised by Mandera Gov Khalif's statement that AlShabab now controls 60% of Mandera County. The same is the case in Wajir, Garissa and Lamu. We are sadly seeing H.E UHURU'S failed policy of prioritising the longevity of the MANCHURIAN regime he propped up at Kismanyo and the charcoal harvesting at the expense of stability in these 4 counties. H.E @WilliamsRuto must now start the withdrawal of Kenyan forces from Kismanyo whether or not OUR MANCHURIAN man falls...that is if we want peace and stability in the North!
