@AmericanAir LBFNPK. we were left stranded at DFW with no flights available for 9/20, as seen on your app as of last night. this morning, flights are appearing, but we already cancelled our trip last night and booked a return to SFO on United. left with no options at a second class terminal

@AmericanAir we've been stuck at DFW since 12:30, arriving from SFO. terminal c sucks. no drinking fountains, most power outlets near gate 12 dead. our flight to Greenville SC cancelled, no flights out until Sunday. really? AA needs to pay for us to get back to SFO. our mini Vaca ruined.

@AmericanAir flew in from SFO to dfx connecting to Greenville/spart. faa snafu caused huge delays. arrived in time at DFW 12:30 pm you cancelled the flight at 8:30 pm with next flight not available until 7:30 tomorrow evening, ruining our weekend visit to our son.

sfo get your act together. flying out of SFO terminal 1. long term parking space indicators not working. all water stations at restrooms basically with no pressure. TSA screening, meh. 2/10

@shawngorham it's 9 years old, ac was probably used 2/3 of the time. compressor isn't going to last forever. Tesla fans, that applies to you, too. we've got a 3, will trade out for an EV without all the touch screen crap. too musky.

@SukritGanesh @credealjunkie it's a very old building. any remodel, which will probably be required due to it's age, will likely trigger a host of other upgrades, including ADA. lighting, mechanical systems, elevators... and a location with no layout areas, high crime... it's going to be expensive.
