The security systems in the country failed Kenyans.

1. The entire security council must be brought to account. All must Resign same as IPOA leadership.

2. The CSs who were dismissed must have recent or old criminal cases against them revived and permanently barred from public office.

3. Families of all extra-judicial killings to be compensated, all the way to Pio Gama Pinto, Oulo GPO and the current heroes.

4. A masoleum be built in their honor complete with a roll of shame of those who killed them.

5. Debt; All debt to be forensically audited without foreign interference, all who were involved to be barred permanently from public service, together with their immediate and extended families.

6. Any beneficial owners of companies involved in looting the debt funded projects and any other corrupt projects be named, shamed, proceeds of corruption recovered, jailed and barred together with their families from public service and never trade with government.

7. All senior government officials involved in procuring debt vacate office and deposit passport with DCI/EACC includes among others;
Ichungwah- former budget committee chair
Thugge- former Finance PS
Ndungu Njuguna - Former Central Bank Governor.
Duale - Fmr majority leader
Rotich- Fmr Finance CS

8. All accounting officers PSs, MDs, CEOs involved in corruption to be jailed and assets recovered. All accountants and Engineers who approved payments to bear individual responsibility.
