@SW_Help Very frustrating for many. After last week with delays and cancellations you won’t be surprised to hear that starting the week with yet another delayed service isn’t the best news.
@SW_Help I understand that there needs to be alterations to the timetable but why start cancelling trains so early when it’s not too hot? You’ve cancelled or delayed most of my trains into Waterloo and it’s only 6:40 am!
@SW_Help We are on Platform 3 at Waterloo. No information - just delayed. Can someone let us know if this train will run or not so we can get other services? Now over 12 mins late
@RyanKemp1992@British_Airways We had luggage delays at T5 last Sunday. Well over an hour’s wait. No facilities or anyone to ask for help. There are issues which BA aren’t telling us about
@British_Airways Hi, yes, we finally did get out luggage. Took well over an hour. Other flights had similar luggage delays. never had to wait that long before. Must have been an issue somewhere along the line. All fine now, thanks
@kelvmackenzie When you travel in Europe public transport simply works. It’s cheap and gets people where they need to go. In the U.K. we treat it as an expensive nice to have, and even though it costs a lot to travel on it, we still don’t see any improvements
@kelvmackenzie I journey on the same route daily. It’s nothing to do with Labour, it was dreadful under the Tories too. It’s more than simply politics, it’s a slow decline in our transport infrastructure that’s gone unchecked for decades because we don’t have any investment.
