The ink bank is supposed to move after opening the ink catridge bay. I can detect the printer and when I print, i get blank pages. What could be the problem?

@HPSupport I inherited a printer HP envy 4520. The printer had EasyInk on it and I don't have access to the account. I recently bought geniune HP ink but the printer does not respond as documented to replace the catridges.#hppsdr #ijkhelp
