@MetroNorth short 2 cars during summer rush hour on already crowded trains resulting from shut down of New Canaan line all summer? 757 New Haven line from Noroton Heights. Totally unacceptable. Standing room only. Who makes that decision?

@JetBlue how do you explain a plane full of people sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + with no air conditioning in Vegas? First you said weather and now not enough fuel — but there’s no excuse for no air conditioning. The passengers are being tortured. Get them off the plane!!

@FrontierCorp how is it possible that it would take you 15 days to send a technician to my house when a piece of YOUR equipment is not functioning? How is that acceptable customer service? We have only had the service for a few months and now will be out for 15 days. #useless
