Likely given citizenship due to US doctors making a judgment call for his mother's health. Not crossing illegally to birth him.

@harryjsisson You realize his parents had to stay when he was born due to his mother being too far into pregnancy for travel. Otherwise he would have been born in London. With that said he can't be penalized for doctors forcing them to stay til his birth. This wasn't them staying illegally
