Just go vote for your candidate quietly.
Don’t insult people for voting for a different candidate. If you didn’t know you actually don’t sound smart when you do that, you sound chronically uninformed and dangerously entitled. #Zambia
My biggest regret of the HH Presidency is how the country has regressed in terms of Intolerant Governance. Intolerance in governance occurs when political leaders, public institutions, or dominant groups use state power, rules, or social pressure to reject, silence, or harm those with different views, identities, or backgrounds. This style of rule weakens democratic systems and harms human rights.
Key Signs of the Intolerance of the UPND and its leadership:
1. Governance Censorship: Laws or actions used to block free speech and stop criticism of leaders (cyber laws, hate speech laws etc).
2. Targeted Rules: Laws that target rival political parties, or specific religions/or groups unfairly.
3. Weak Justice: Courts and police used to protect allies and punish opponents.
4. Forced Conformity: Pressure to accept only one set of cultural, social, or political beliefs.
As citizens let us go out and vote. Zambia needs your active engagement. One Zambia One Nation!
