@RegionWaterloo @GRT_ROW You missed the entire point of my reply. I always purchase my monthly pass at customer service which was closed May 1st-8th. You did not provide any insight ahead of the strike, or during, that there would be a window to get your pass for June, with the purchase of May’s.
