For just $0.63 cents per pork chop — this guy just showed the smartest budget hack I’ve seen in a long time.
He picked up a whole boneless pork loin from the store for only $15.82 (just under 8 pounds). Then he sliced it himself into thick, beautiful pork chops — 25 of them total, each one roughly 5 ounces and about ¾ inch thick.
That brings the cost down to just $0.63 cents per chop.
Sometimes the cheapest way to fill your fridge and freezer with meat isn’t buying the pre-cut stuff — it’s buying the whole cut and doing a little work yourself.
Have you ever bought a whole pork loin (or any big cut of meat) and cut it up at home to save money? What’s your best bulk-meat hack right now?
