@FirstinGlasgow tried to complain on your app using the form but it would not let me submit, so I’ll post it here instead.
My son arrived at the bus stop to get the bus to school just as the last passenger was boarding the bus. As he approached door, the driver closed it.
I would like to think that drivers are not acting in a discriminatory way however, as this is happening regularly, I am starting to question if this is the case.
My son is a vulnerable teenager who is autistic and these types of events happen frequently on this bus route. My son is trying to establish some independence in getting himself to school and these recurrent events are causing him distress and setting him back.

@BernaRaif@HM_Passport This is the exact same situation I’m in, same office too. Claim sons old passport never arrived but was sent in an envelope with daughters birth certificate which was received and sent back! Been chasing since 5th April after applying 28/2
@RonaMackaySNP as my local MP is this something you can help with? The customer service is non existent and my application is about to be cancelled with no refund, have already had to move my holiday
as lost and reference added but now no one is progressing… application will be cancelled on 28th May despite the fact I have done everything I was to do as soon as asked - have competed 2 online complaint forms - first one 5th April - no call back as yet! unacceptable!!
@HM_Passport Have done this twice once in March and once 5th April, still no reply??? What do I do now as Iv received texts telling me my application will be cancelled without refund but I cannot get through to speak to anyone despite trying multiple times a day, every day?
@HM_Passport whats the best way to put in an official complaint if I have already used the online form to which someone was meant to respond within 72 hours, 14 days ago?
@HM_Passport I am waiting on someone from the lost and stolen team getting in touch with me regarding my son’s application…. If someone could do that, that would be great! Been waiting since 5th April….
@HM_Passport You’ll need to allow even longer if your application is sent to Bootle as they won’t scan your documents onto your application then You’ll spend a further 2 weeks on hold trying to get through to someone at the call centre to find out what’s going on
