@RobinKanatzar It extracts the strings from the .xcstrings and sends them to Deepl and Google Translate APIs with context. There's a CLI to see what will get translated and asks me for overrides etc.

So, I finished creating the iOS version of SlapMac (the app that makes your macbook play sounds when you slap it 👋💨).

But clones beat me in time to the App Store.

Now Apple rejected my app as "spam" because it looks to similar to my own clones who got there first (some are even using my color branding and audio/image content too) 🤦. You can't make this up.

Nowadays building in public can backfire I guess.

@tobi @AntoineRSX @openclaw Just checked, my NAS doesn't allow for isolating the GPU, so for the time being, this is a GPU-less VM. The changes have not meaningfully changed the outcome of The embed job was killed (progress was at ~17% before SIGKILL).

@tobi @AntoineRSX @openclaw Performance issue found in qmd embedBatch(): it uses Promise.all() but node-llama-cpp serializes embeddings via internal lock - parallel overhead with no throughput gain. Made it sequential, added configurable threads/batch via env vars. ~700 B/s on CPU-only VM. Trying to add GPU
