Ni siquiera se queda a su lado durante su recuperación. Abandona a sus hijos en el momento más crítico de la guerra, se reúne con Rhaenyra y prácticamente entrega a su propia familia para salvarse a sí misma.

Después vuelve a la capital, se sorprende de que Aegon haya escapado, manipula a Aemond diciéndole que él debió ser rey y lo manda tras Daemon sin importar las consecuencias.

Y para rematar, termina traicionando también a Rhaenyra.

Ha traicionado a sus hijos, a sus aliados, a su mejor amiga y a su propia causa.

Todo su arco se ha convertido en un bucle interminable de pánico, arrepentimiento y nuevas traiciones, sin ninguna evolución real.

Probablemente es el único personaje odiado por los seguidores de ambos bandos.
