if you read his entire bubble, he was honestly trying his best to handle this situation gently. he wanted to listen to and respect both sides. he even used an aegyo tone to keep things lighthearted

i just want to let everyone know he wasn’t being harsh, he truly tried to address this without hurting anyone. i hope people get what he actually meant…the hate he's getting for this feels way out of line :(
