1/ I was asked yesterday by someone to give examples of men who represented healthy masculinity and I thought, "well, it's men who don't think that being a man ultimately involves dominance over everyone in your surroundings".
I've seen folks tweet that if Jonah Hill wanted a gf who didn't post bathing suit pictures or have guy friends he shouldn't have dated a surfer.
But here's the thing: Emotionally abusive & controlling men don't want 'submissive' women, they want to take strong women down a peg
Also not straight or married but been together for a decade and I 100% co-sign this. If you're secure in yourself & your relationship is healthy it's fine to find attractive people attractive and say so.
#RepresentationMatters because if you can someone who looks like you then you can be them.
We need to embed #Inclusive recruitment practices in all organisation and challenge ourselves.
Remember the playing field for black, Asian and minority ethnic people is never fair.

@Pharmacistdaz You can set up archiving policies in Outlook so that it automatically hives off anything 180 days/90 days (your preference) or older. Takes 10 mins or so to set up, but once it's done that's it ๐
